I fell in love with this woman xDD she remainds me of yoko (TTGL) ~ Anyways i wanted to make some photos with one of my red wigs , of cours i added the yellow efect on the wig with photoshop , also the eye. But in the future i wanted to make a cosplay from shura-sensei and i thought to use this wig and of coursee if i do this cosplay , i paint the wig e_e

You wouldn't have to paint the wig, dear. I can help you find a tutorial showing you how to add wefts into a wig. All you'd need to do is buy a base wig, the ponytail clip on, and a bunch of yellow blonde wefts.

No problem. My Shura wig is really thin so I was going to need weft adding tutorials anyway, and I came across this photo, and thought I'd offer some advice.
